#SLHFeaturedThursdays: A Maya The Bee The Movie Review and Giveaway. Bring Maya Home Today!

Did you miss the recent Maya the Bee Movie premiere at cinemas?

Not to worry! The Maya the Bee Movie is now available for purchase at ABC Shops Australia-wide, just in time for the long, lazy Summer afternoons of these school holidays.

The Maya the Bee Movie has been brought to life for Australian audiences by Screen Australia and features a stellar line-up of local talent as voice-overs to accompany one of the most delightful animations for children.

This sweet movie is 79 minutes of adventure and entertainment for children and is bound to keep your kids enthralled countless times over.

Long-standing Maya fans will be well aware of the continued feud between the bees and the hornets. For the bees of Maya's world, their place is one of rules and order but little Maya has curiosity at her core and she regularly gets herself into all kinds of trouble.

The Maya the Bee Movie sees Maya uncover a plot by the narrow-minded Royal Advisor, Buzzlina who intends to steal the hive's coveted royal jelly and blame the theft on the hornets. Maya finds herself manipulated into leaving the hive with her close friends and so begins an exciting journey of discovery and adventure.

The cast includes Jacki Weaver, Richard Roxburgh, Justine Clarke, Noah Taylor and Kodi Smit-McPhee.

ABC Shops nationally, stock a wide range of Maya products. Check out some of the Maya items reviewed here previously. The Maya the Bee Movie retails for $19.99 and can be purchased at ABC Shops Australia wide or online here.
