Bosch Hydronic Heating and Other Pipe Dreams...

Hydronic Heating is a method of heating utilising heated water to distribute warmth throughout a building. It offers superior comfort, operational efficiency and silent operation and is also known to minimise the negative effects to allergy sufferers caused by circulation of airborne particles, such as pollen or dust, that occur in ducted heating systems.

Many of you will already know of our intention to move home. I wrote this post only recently on our intended house sale and relocation, when and if only we could get the motivation going.

Well things are pretty much sitting in the same place still although we continue to chip away at it little by little. Cupboards are slowly de-cluttering, items are listed for sale and we pick and scratch at the piles of this and that while managing the daily demands of our busy family. It's whatever we can manage at this stage and it's moving at a snail's pace but it is happening.

Our garage shows the biggest signs of our progress - it empties somewhat and then refills just as quickly as the tides of clutter come and go. We are going to get there yet!

While our future remains excitingly unclear at this stage, (I have mentioned our intention to rent in the interim, while our kids are young and craving the excitements of city life), a very large part of my mind is increasingly entertained by the thoughts of our future home - the one we might some day build ourselves; a dream home that has the latest of fittings and looks extraordinary.

I have this Pinterest board called Dream Home Ideas and Designs and I frequently find myself adding Pins of beautiful kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms and gorgeous design inspirations for the lucky day when it may be required as a reference. (When we are one day wealthy beyond belief and unencumbered by the usual life debts that trail us all!) It's an interesting exercise for me too, looking over my board I can really see my 'style' emerge as a whole. I'd like any future home of ours to have all of those stunning rooms!

Anyway, I can't help myself from learning with a great deal of interest, all about the developments in the home building industry. Especially now. There are so many environmental innovations and considerations in the building market today, that are sustainable and earth-friendly and it's a fascinating subject to think-on when you're dreaming about your potential future home.

Take Bosch Hydronic Heating for example.

Hydronic heating remains a niche market here in Australia but interestingly, it is the most common form of heating in use throughout the world. Hydronic heating is something to consider as you lay your home's foundations or when you are in the process of renovating and thinking on your choice of heating system.

Basically, it's a series of pipes laid in a slab floor or connected to a series of radiators that use heated water from a boiler to distribute energy efficient heat throughout your home.

The beauty of this system is, that apart from reducing your emissions and redistributing more than 90% of the energy generated in the heating process, if you've asthma or allergy sufferers in your family, this form of heating is a huge breakthrough. Hydronic heating eliminates the need for air ducts and dust particles being blown about. It's a quiet, radiant heat and backed by industry giant Bosch, who have teamed up with reputable market-leading installation partners around Australia.

If all that doesn't impress, Bosch are introducing a unique smart heating controller (the Bosch CT 100), which will allow users to control their hydronic heating from their smart phone, anytime and anywhere in the world!

Until the 31st of March 2016, quote #StayWarmWithBosch to any Bosch specialist and receive a free Bosch
CT100 Controller when purchasing a Bosch boiler and hydronic heating installation.
See what I mean?! These exciting things are around and something to consider seriously if you care about the environment and want the very latest in home comfort.

If you are like me and contemplating a future dream home, do check out the innovative Bosch hydronic heating system and keep it in mind when you consider an economical and environmental way to heat your home. And, do keep Pinning to your heart's content! - You never know when your dream home might become a reality.
