Easy Freezer Meals for Very Busy People from Weight Watchers...

This post is sponsored by Weight Watchers but all thoughts and opinions including meal suggestions are my own.

With the school year well underway now, I have an early confession to make: I have been eating poorly - especially at lunchtimes!

Now that there are few children to care for during the weekday timeslot, eating just seems to fall into the background. As a mum, I am thoroughly immersed in my work, home duties and the care of my preschooler. On top of all those daily to-do's, the value of food to fuel it all just seems to fall by-the-wayside.
I bet that sounds familiar to you too.

Remembering to eat, and making the effort to eat well is as difficult for me as I suspect it is for many parents. Cramming all that needs doing into a six hour school timeslot each day is a well-rehearsed juggling act and for me, any spot of eating is usually a 'grab and go' affair. Up until recently, I had accepted that as the norm. I really shouldn't accept that eating like this is a way of life however.

A little planning and thought can make all the difference though can't it? Sometimes the solution is so simple and I really think I have stumbled onto one that is working for me. Thanks to Weight Watchers and their range of simple and tasty frozen meals, I have been managing to enjoy a healthy meal each day, that gives me energy - enough in fact, to face the rest of the day when my kids return home from school. (Let me tell you that this time of day is the most draining of all with six kids!)

I am so pleased I was offered the opportunity to try out the Weight Watchers frozen meal range. These have helped to not only fill me with quick, easy and healthy food options, but have also served to remind me of the importance of utilising all of those wonderful modern appliances we can sometimes forget the value of - such as our freezers!

Weight Watchers have over 50 years experience in supporting healthy eating. Their modern menus are created by culinary experts and are approved by nutritionists to help you live well.

Little wonder then, that grabbing a healthy meal each day is as simple as ensuring your freezer is well-stocked with a selection of tasty Gourmet, Classic and Light Weight Watchers meals. The convenience is unmatched. Lunch (or dinner), can be on your table in as little as 4-6 minutes from your freezer. Preparation is too easy - just microwave your selection, or use a conventional oven. These are meals in minutes that look and taste sensational and that are good for you.

Weight Watchers Lime Coriander Fish from the Gourmet Menu range.
Delicious poached fish presented in a Southeast Asian sauce with a side of steamed brown jasmine rice and vegetables.
Ready in as little as 6 minutes in your microwave. Delicious!

All Weight Watchers meals are made with inspiring ingredients to suit modern tastes and are snap-frozen. Importantly, they taste great too!

Weight Watchers Beef Bolognese from the Light Menu choices range contains New Zealand beef with tomatoes, carrots, onions and garlic plus seasoning on a bed of al dente pasta.
To help busy people find the perfect balance when it comes to healthy eating, Weight Watchers have combined convenience with choice. Their frozen meals are available in three different menus options.
Their Light Menu range are smaller serves, ideal for lunchtimes. For more variety, try their Classic Menu and Gourmet Menus which provide perfect dinner options whether you're rushed, tired or just wanting to enjoy a change.

From Weight Watchers Classic Menu - Creamy Tuna Bake.
Wholegrain pasta and vegetables blended with flaked tuna in a creamy pasta sauce.
If you too are looking for a meal plan that's quick and easy, also inexpensive and convenient, (with the added benefit of minimal dishes and fuss), you can't go wrong with Weight Watchers frozen meals. These are tasty, healthy options and can help to support busy people who have difficulty 'doing it all' on their own. My freezer won't be without them now.

You can find Weight Watchers frozen meals in the freezer section of major supermarkets Australia-wide.

    1. Absolutely hearing you. I turn to these when my husband is working late and I don't fancy a kid's meal with my children.

  4. I'm not really a fan of frozen meals full stop. Nothing beats the taste of fresh for me but if I'm desperate a frozen meal is better than nothing ...

  5. Weight Watchers frozen meals are so tasty. I do prefer fresh, but sometimes when life just gets way to busy to bother with cooking, it is these frozen meals I reach for instead of any other.

    1. They are very tasty. I am going to buy some more today. (Otherwise I will be eating kid food these holidays and that doesn't appeal!)

  6. I've noticed these in the supermarket, I was surprised at how affordable they are. DEfinitely worth considering, I've shown them to my son too, as he lives alone and these would be perfect for him.
