Lonely Planet Kids New Book Releases Plus WIN 1 of 3 Lonely Planet Kids Book Packs Worth $55 Each!

When it comes to choosing educational and entertaining kids' books, Lonely Planet Kids have the themes and titles to impress. It's easy to see why. Whenever a fresh batch of Lonely Planet Kids book releases arrive on our doorstep, our younger kids come running with excitement. (Yes! For books!) They're always eager to get reading and drawing and make a start on the brilliant activities they know to be contained within.

As usual, Lonely Planet Kids books never disappoint. This latest release collection of sticker activity books and reads are action-packed, colourful and worldly and all touch on the themes kids love.

Our youngest two kids were suitably impressed with the latest series of sticker books titled Sticker World Theme Park, Sticker World Zoo and Sticker World Museum. These titles are chocked-full of  fun educational facts and adventures and each book contains over 500 stickers which can be used to decorate the vibrant pages within.

Each Sticker World title features the well-loved and recognised Lonely Planet Kids characters, Marco and Amelia. Marco and Amelia lead young readers on a journey filled with fun and adventure. There are plenty of additional activities to do such as drawing, colouring and designing. All the while kids gain a precious understanding and appreciation of history, places and things. For travellers and non-travellers alike, there is so much to entertain and enjoy.

How adorable are these gorilla stickers? Find them in Sticker World Zoo.
If you are fortunate enough to be travelling soon, these books would be ideal for packing in your on-board luggage to keep your kids entertained on the journey.

These Lonely Planet Kids Sticker World titles are RRP $9.99 each. There are 40 pages in full colour within each book. The recommended age for these reads is between 5-8 years.

For kids aged eight plus, Lonely Planet Kids Around The World In 50 Ways offers an exciting read with a choose-your-own-adventure approach. Kids can travel the world and create their own journey by choosing everything from destinations to flight times to reach different and thrilling outcomes. Children can read and re-read this title for a new adventure every time.

There are wonderful comic book style illustrations which really capture the vibe of each landing-place. Our boys are loving this one! The style of this book is especially good at holding the attention of easily distracted young readers. Around The World In 50 Ways is an appealing biggie at 164 pages with a handy flexible cover and it is priced at RRP $24.99. Visit the Lonely Planet Kids website to view these plus other appealing titles and to find a local stockist near you.

  11. I'd love to win these books for my family. I would choose getting out there and having experiences with family over material items any day. Stickers and awesome pictures from around the world would be a great distraction as we learn her sight words.
